Your privacy is very important to us. Wisconsin Sports Performance ("WSP," "we," "us") developed this Policy so you understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of personal information.

  • We will collect and use personal information solely to fulfill the purposes we specify and other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

  • We will make information about our policies and practices for managing personal information readily available to our customers.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you book an assessment, fill out a form, sign a waiver, or become a member. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, athlete information such as age, sport, and training goals, and athlete testing results.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule sessions, communicate with you, deliver and track training, process memberships, and share updates about our programs. We may use trusted service providers that help us operate, such as scheduling, payment processing, and athlete tracking tools, who may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, account notifications, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • End-user mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information About Minors

Many of our athletes are under 18. Information about minor athletes is provided by a parent or legal guardian, and is used only to deliver training, track progress, and communicate with the family.
