A sports performance gym in Menomonee Falls, WI, built on collegiate coaching, measurable results, and a family atmosphere athletes don't want to leave.
After more than a decade away, including 10 years as a collegiate strength and conditioning coach, Coach Linz came home to Wisconsin to be closer to family and to give young athletes here the same level of coaching he'd been delivering to college programs.
Wisconsin Sports Performance was built on a simple idea: every athlete deserves real coaching and real results they can see. We test speed and vertical every week, coach every rep, and progress athletes through a proven system, from first-time 8-year-olds to future college athletes.
Nearly five years later, WSP has trained athletes from schools and clubs across Milwaukee and Waukesha County, sent 40+ athletes on to compete in college, and built a community families keep coming back to.
We meet every athlete where they are and progress them as they earn it, so they get better safely and consistently.
We test every week and share the numbers, so parents and athletes see exactly how much they're improving.
Hard work, high energy, and teammates who cheer each other's PRs. Athletes come for results and stay for the people.
Coach Linz brings 16+ years of strength and conditioning experience at the collegiate and high school levels, including 10 years as a collegiate strength coach working with basketball, volleyball, softball, tennis, track, swimming, and more. He has worked with 5 state championship teams.
A Valders High School graduate, Linz returned home to Wisconsin to be closer to family and still volunteers his time writing programs for his alma mater.
A former football player and wrestler at Menasha High School, Coach Jordan brings nearly a decade of coaching and training experience to WSP. He earned his B.S. in Strength and Conditioning from UW-Oshkosh, and completed his capstone internship with the University of Oregon football program, plus clinical experience at Appleton East and Kaukauna High Schools.
Jordan started his career coaching athletes at XLR8 Sports Training, guiding them through lifts, plyometrics, and speed work. He has since served as head trainer at Anytime Fitness, where he also trained and developed other trainers, and as a personal trainer at the YMCA of the Fox Cities.
