Who It's For

Built for High School Athletes Who Want More

Whether your athlete is fighting for a varsity spot, playing up as an underclassman, or getting ready for college recruiting, this program builds the speed, power, and strength coaches notice. Most of our high school athletes play soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball, and many play more than one sport.

You don't need to be an elite athlete to start. Every athlete is tested on day one, and we meet them where they are.

What a Session Looks Like

60 Minutes. Every Rep Coached.

High-energy group sessions with a 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, so every athlete gets coached.

01

Active Warm-Up

Prepare the body to move fast and stay healthy.

02

Speed Work

Acceleration, agility, or top-end speed. Learn the technique, add resistance with bands, sleds, and harnesses, then test.

03

Power

Plyometrics and Olympic lifts, the same movements athletes will see at the college level.

04

Total-Body Strength

A main lift like squat, bench, or deadlift, designed so athletes can head straight to practice afterward.

05

Stretch & Recover

We teach 4–5 stretching options so athletes learn to take care of their own bodies.

06

Test & Track

Weekly testing shows exactly how much faster and more explosive your athlete is getting.

In-Season & Off-Season

Built Around the High School Calendar

In-Season

At least 2 sessions a week, with volume adjusted for playing time and how the body feels. Athletes coming from practice lift and then recover. The goal is to finish the season strong, bouncy, and healthy, when it matters most.

Off-Season

We build speed, power, and strength so athletes walk into their next season at their fastest and strongest, ready to earn their spot.

How We Track Results

You'll See the Numbers, Not Just Hear About Them

  • Weekly: 20-yard dash, vertical jump, and 1-step vertical
  • Every 2–3 weeks: pro agility
  • After 3 months: a full progress report
  • Ongoing: parent access to our athlete tracking app to follow every test and personal best
Most athletes gain about 3 inches on their vertical and 1 mph of top speed in their first 12 weeks.
Why WSP

We Fill the Gaps School Training Doesn't Cover

High school weight rooms are a great start, but they're often crowded, and one coach can't watch every rep. Already lifting at school? We build on it.

Collegiate-Experienced Coaches

Every rep is coached so athletes do it right and get results.

Speed & Power, Not Just Strength

Sprint mechanics, acceleration, and explosive work most school programs skip.

A Balanced Body

Helps prevent the overuse injuries that come from playing one or more sports year-round.

Adjusted for Every Athlete

Where they are developmentally, injuries they're coming back from, and how hard they can be pushed that day.

FAQ

Parent Questions

My athlete plays two sports and has a packed schedule. Will this work?

Yes. Many of our athletes are multi-sport. We offer sessions in the afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays, and adjust training volume around their season.

They already lift at school. Do they need this?

We build on it, adding the speed work, power development, and balance training school programs usually don't have time for.

How often should they train?

At least 2 times a week in-season, and 2–4 times a week in the off-season.

What if they're coming back from an injury?

We adjust exercises around injuries and rehab, and progress athletes as they're ready.

How many athletes are in a session?

Group sessions with a 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio, so every athlete gets coached.

How much does it cost?

We'll walk you through all options at the assessment, once we know your athlete's goals and schedule.

What happens at the assessment?

In 30–45 minutes, we talk goals, test your athlete's 20-yard dash, top speed, pro agility, and vertical jumps, and lay out a plan.
